One day a teenaged girl visited a shoe-store to buy herself a good pair of footwear. She specified her requirement to the shoe-keeper, an old lady, on the counter.

"Try this", the old woman told her " I have been wearing the same type of shoes for the last 10 years and they have been a good choice for me! It will be very good for you too. Buy it!"

The girl tried on the shoes but they hurt her fingers. "They are awful, they hurt."

"Why, what is the problem? The woman asked. "They fit me so well. Try a little more."

"I am trying," the girl protested, "but they hurt my feet."

"Oh, what is the problem with you, girl? Think positively and have patience."

"But madam, they don�t fit my feet."

"It�s no use explaining to you!" the old lady mumbled, "I am trying to help you and you��" and she then took back the pair of shows from the girl. The girl left the shoe-store, never to return there again. Who would want an advice without being heard and understood properly?
