Low Fat Mustard-Dill Sauce

Use mustard-Dill Sauce when you want to add more appeal to a simple vegetable side dish or dress up poached or broiled fish. It is a much healthier choice than tartar sauce.

Ingredients

3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt 
¼ cup prepared mustard, spicy or dijon 
1 teaspoon dried dill weed 
½ teaspoon onion powder 
½ teaspoon honey

Yield: 1 Cup

Directions

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.

Serve on vegetables or fish. Store any remaining sauce in refrigerator in a covered container.
