10- After-dinner buttermints
8 ounces yogurt
1-1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1. Place the after-dinner buttermints in a food processor or blender. Blend until almost powder (should yield about 2 tablespoons).
2. Stir the ground buttermints into the yogurt. Add the poppy seeds and ground ginger. Mix well.
