Creamy Herb Dip
A tangy dip that goes well with an assortment of vegetables.
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup heavy cream
Mustard, curry powder, or mixed herbs
Dippers: green or red pepper sticks, celery ribs, Belgian endive leaves, snow peas
Combine yogurt, sour cream, and sweet cream. Stir until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. Use as needed.
Remove 2 tablespoons of the above mix. Combine with 1 teaspoon mustard or 1/2 teaspoon curry powder or mixed herbs to taste.
Dip vegetable sticks in seasoned mixture of your choice.
