Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing
Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
1 tablespoon crumbled Roquefort or other blue cheese
6 tablespoons unflavored yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped mild onion or chives
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Makes about 1 cup
Directions

Mash the cheeses in
a small bowl.

Gradually add the yogurt until the mixture is well blended and smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Cover and chill before serving.
