Middle Eastern Yogurt Cheese Appetizer This is a very versatile dish. You can use it for breakfast, as an appetizer or as a nutritious after school snack. Ingredients
1 Cheese Yogurt Sauce (See Recipe) Note: Carrot, cucumber, green pepper, and celery sticks may be substituted for the olives and cucumbers. Serves 6 to 8 Directions Spread the cheese in a shallow serving dish. Sprinkle the surface evenly with the olive oil and paprika. Garnish the edges with the dill. Serve chilled as a dip with Armenian thin bread or sesame crackers. You may also serve it with a side dish of black olives and sliced cucumbers.
