Herbal Tea: Energy Shake
Ingredients:
1/8 cup raisins
2 tbs dates or figs, chopped
1/8 cup prunes
1 cup water
l cup milk
(You can use 1 cup soy milk instead of cow's milk if desired.)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for a few minutes until semi-smooth. Great energy booster.
Serves 2
