Herbal Tea: Morning Energy Booster
Ingredients:
1 cup soy milk
1 cup water
1 tbs grain beverage (such as Pero, Roma)
½ tsp cardamom powder
Pinch turmeric
Pinch black pepper
Directions:
Heat milk and water for 3 minutes.
Add grain beverage and spices.
Allow to come to a frothy boil. Serve hot.
Serves 2
