Herb Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 Cup minced fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
Chill.
Serve over a fresh vegetable salad and toss to coat.
