Mock Sour Cream
With Soy
Ingredients:
1/4-1/2 cup Soy Yogurt
1 cup firm tofu
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender or
food processor until smooth.
Notes:
1. You can add additional Soy
yogurt to achieve desired consistency.
2. This may be refrigerated or frozen.
Yield:
about 1 cup
