Tomato Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped, seeded tomato
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons dried onion
Directions
Place all ingredients except tomato in a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Stir in the tomato. Chill.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
